Lastly a word from Neena:
Grief can be a complicated and individual process—please be gentle with yourself, okay? I know some days feel like you’re buried in it, and I’m so sorry. But here’s what I know: you will come out of the deep pain of grief when you look intentionally at the grief with love, compassion, and understanding. I know these intentional practices will help. I’m here rooting you on. You’re going to get on the other side of this. Much much love to you my friend.
